Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventative wellness exams for students in PreK-12th grade this Spring at our Beulah and Hazen School Clinics. A wellness exam may include a sports physical for the 2026-2027 school year if requested. The sports physical will be valid through the 2027 school year. Parents/guardians should check insurance eligibility prior to scheduling.

Due to the weather and poor road conditions, all clinic locations will open at 9:00 a.m. today, Wednesday, February 18, 2026.

Center & Killdeer Clinics will open at 9:30 a.m. today, Wednesday, January 21, 2026. Beulah & Hazen CCCHC locations will open on time.

Coal Country Community Health Center Foundation knows how important it is that local residents gain the skills to be our community’s health care providers of tomorrow. We are pleased to invite graduating seniors who are seeking a career in a medical field (e.g., physician, nurse, therapist, technologist, pharmacist, etc.) to apply for a CCCHCF scholarship. Six scholarships available, up to $1,000 each.

All Coal Country Community Health Center locations will close early at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, December 24, and will remain closed on Thursday, December 25. The Center Clinic will be closing early, Thursday, October 16, at 1:00 p.m. due to a planned power outage by MDU in the City of Center. Regular business hours will resume Monday, October 20.
