Youth Wellness Exams + Sports Physicals

Beginning in July, Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventive wellness exams and/or sports physical for children and adolescents needing sports physicals for the 2024-2025 school year. Extended hours are available! When calling your preferred clinic to schedule your youth wellness exam, please indicate if you want a sports physical only. Most insurances cover a wellness/preventive exam that includes a sports physical. If you want a sports physical only, the cost is $40 at the time of the visit.

Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventative wellness exams for students in PreK-12th grade this Spring. A wellness exam may include a sports physical for the 2024-2025 school year if requested. The sports physical will be valid through the 2025 school year. Parents/guardians should check insurance eligibility prior to scheduling.
