Coal Country Community Health Center Foundation knows how important it is that local residents gain the skills to be our community’s health care providers of tomorrow. We are pleased to invite graduating seniors who are seeking a career in a medical field (e.g., physician, nurse, therapist, technologist, pharmacist, etc.) to apply for a CCCHCF scholarship. Six scholarships available, up to $1,000 each.

All Coal Country Community Health Center locations will close early at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, December 24, and will remain closed on Thursday, December 25. Additionally, CCCHC will close early at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31, and will be closed on Thursday, January 1. We wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! The Center Clinic will be closing early, Thursday, October 16, at 1:00 p.m. due to a planned power outage by MDU in the City of Center. Regular business hours will resume Monday, October 20.

We apologize for the inconvenience — the Hazen Clinic is temporarily closed today, Tuesday, October 14th. Scheduling services remain available by calling (701) 873-4445 or through your MyChart account. We will reopen for regular business hours tomorrow, Wednesday, October 15th. In the past, Coal Country Community Health Center (CCCHC) offered a discount to patients if a balance was paid in full within a short time after the service was provided. Due to recent review of HRSA (Health Resources and Services Administration) requirements, we are no longer able to provide that discount based on cash payment. CCCHC still has other payment options available, and we would be happy to review those with you at your earliest convenience. Our team is here to support you and discuss options to help manage your healthcare costs.
