Beginning in July, Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventive wellness exams and/or sports physical for children and adolescents needing sports physicals for the 2024-2025 school year. Extended hours are available! When calling your preferred clinic to schedule your youth wellness exam, please indicate if you want a sports physical only. Most insurances cover a wellness/preventive exam that includes a sports physical. If you want a sports physical only, the cost is $40 at the time of the visit.

In observance of Independence Day, all CCCHC locations will be closed on Thursday, July 4. Regular business hours resume Friday, July 5. If you are in need of immediate care, please report to your local emergency department.

The next 16 Hour DUI Seminar will be held at the Beulah Clinic on May 9, 10, 13, and 14 from 1 - 5 p.m. The cost is $250, and it must be paid in advance. Call us at 701.873.7424 to register by Friday, May 3.

Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventative wellness exams for students in PreK-12th grade this Spring. A wellness exam may include a sports physical for the 2024-2025 school year if requested. The sports physical will be valid through the 2025 school year. Parents/guardians should check insurance eligibility prior to scheduling.
