We’re excited to share that our 2025 Scrubs Camp was named the R-COOL-Health Scrubs Camp of the Year at this year’s Dakota Conference on Rural and Public Health in Bismarck!

Throughout July, Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventive wellness exams and/or sports physical for children and adolescents needing sports physicals for the 2025-2026 school year. When calling your preferred clinic to schedule your youth wellness exam, please indicate if you want a sports physical only. Most insurances cover a wellness/preventive exam that includes a sports physical. If you want a sports physical only, the cost is $40 at the time of the visit.

North Dakotans can OPT IN and use Docket®, a secure app that syncs directly with the ND Immunization Information System (NDIIS), to easily access immunization records anytime, anywhere. Docket® is an application that is securely updated with information from NDIIS using basic information (name, date of birth, legal sex, phone number, and email) to display immunization record information. The app supports translation into more than 15 languages.

All Coal Country Community Health Center locations will be closing at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, April 18. Regular business hours will resume on Monday, April 21. We wish you and your family a Happy Easter!

Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventative wellness exams for students in PreK-12th grade this Spring. A wellness exam may include a sports physical for the 2025-2026 school year if requested. The sports physical will be valid through the 2026 school year. Parents/guardians should check insurance eligibility prior to scheduling.
