Tobacco Cessation Program
Coal Country Community Health Center and Sakakawea Medical Center together have Tobacco Treatment Specialists (TTS) who are qualified to provide patients the tools and resources for tobacco cessation. Patients can meet with a TTS in their local community either by an in-person or phone visit to help receive tobacco cessation education.
Program Offers
- One-on-one assessment with a Tobacco Treatment Specialist (TTS) to help determine the most appropriate treatment course.
- A TTS will work with you to develop a customized quit plan.
- Nicotine replacement therapy such as gum, patches, or lozenges are provided.
- Additional support and counseling services are available through CCCHC during your journey to help you stay motivated and on track to quit.
