Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventative wellness exams for students in PreK-12th grade this Spring at our Beulah and Hazen School Clinics. A wellness exam may include a sports physical for the 2026-2027 school year if requested. The sports physical will be valid through the 2027 school year. Parents/guardians should check insurance eligibility prior to scheduling.

Impact testing is available for incoming 11th graders on May 6 & 13 from 12:00 - 2:30 p.m with Amber Blackhurst, RN at the Beulah School Clinic.

- You must bring the youth wellness/sports physical student packet to appointment with all sections completed.
- This is a great opportunity to update immunizations! A parent or guardian can call before the exam or accompany their child for consent of updating immunizations.

CCCHC Awarded Grant from the Offutt Family Foundation and R.D. Offutt Company
Coal Country Community Health Center was recently selected as a recipient of a special Community Builder grant from the Offutt Family Foundation and R.D. Offutt Company. The Community Builder program is a unique initiative designed to support charitable organizations and nonprofits that RDO team members are passionate about and serve the greater good in their communities. This year’s program focused on supporting youth mental health nonprofits.
