Coal Country Community Health Center offers rapid antigen testing to asymptomatic (no symptoms) patients for surveillance, return to work requirements, household contacts and travel requirements.

Immunocompromised individuals can now receive an additional dose of the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. This additional dose is intended to improve their response to the initial vaccine series, since these individuals may not build the same level of immunity as those who are not immunocompromised.

Effective Monday, July 26th, Coal Country Community Health Center began offering COVID-19 testing to individuals that are required to be tested prior to traveling. Call (701) 873-4445 to schedule an appointment at our Beulah and Hazen Clinics.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Hazen Clinic was designated as the clinic to see patients with respiratory illnesses and the Beulah Clinic designated to see patients with other healthcare concerns.
