There are no out-of-pocket costs for those receiving the vaccine. Private insurance companies and government insurance programs like Medicare will fully cover the cost of the vaccine. Testing will be offered from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Those wanting to be tested are asked to enter from 3^rd Avenue and form a line on 1^st Street.
