Recovery starts with one step, and you don't have to take it alone. If you or someone you know is struggling with substance use, compassionate, confidential care is available right here in our community. At Coal Country Community Health Center, we offer both Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Services and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) to provide personalized care that meets each individual's needs.
Our SUD Treatment Program includes:
- Comprehensive substance use assessments
- Individualized treatment recommendations
- Outpatient counseling and support
- Relapse prevention and ongoing recovery support
Our MAT Program combines:
- FDA-approved medications
- Counseling and behavioral therapies
- A whole-person approach to treatment
- Support for opioid and alcohol use disorders
- Care that can help reduce cravings, prevent overdose, and support long-term recovery
Our care team includes Dr. Michelle Placke and Cassandra Altringer, DNP, who provide MAT services, and Tyler McKay, LAPC, LAC, who provides SUD treatment services.
Recovery looks different for everyone, which is why we work with each patient to develop a treatment plan that supports their health, well-being, and recovery goals.
