Join us in welcoming Tyler McKay, Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC), to the CCCHC Behavioral Health Team!
Tyler provides substance use disorder assessments, along with individual and group treatment services. He previously worked with CCCHC as a Licensed Addiction Counselor from 2018–2020, and we’re excited to welcome him back to serve our community!
Originally from Stanton, ND, Tyler received his Bachelor of Science in Addiction Studies from Minot State University and his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Colorado Christian University. He became a Licensed Addiction Counselor in 2018 and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor in 2024. He is also a member of the American Counseling Association and a Certified Life Coach.
Tyler’s personal interests include volunteering, spending time with family, therapy, travel, and sports.

Welcome, Isabel Garman, LAPC
Coal Country Community Health Center is pleased to welcome Isabel Garman, Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, into her new role at the clinic. Isabel provides professional counseling services at CCCHC Beulah as well as Beulah, Hazen, Center and Killdeer School Districts with the I.M.P.A.C.T. Program.

CCCHC Expands Care in Beulah Schools
Coal Country Community Health Center, in partnership with the Beulah School District, is excited to offer expanded services of the IMPACT (Integrating Mental Health, Physical Health, and Continuity of Care Together) Program to students. On January 19, 2022, CCCHC opened a new school-based site located in the Beulah High School. Kayla Ternes, PA-C provides primary care services to students in PreK through 12th grade. Appointments are available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
