Cash Labs at CCCHC offer a simple, affordable way to get common lab tests—no insurance, no provider order, and no appointment required.
Whether you’re keeping an eye on your health, need labs for personal reasons, or just want transparent pricing, Cash Labs give you control and convenience.
Anyone can use Cash Labs—you do not have to be a CCCHC patient. Just walk in, choose the tests you want from our available menu, pay upfront, and have your labs drawn the same day at select locations. It’s healthcare made straightforward, accessible, and easy.
How It Works
Cash Labs are available at our Center, Beulah, and Killdeer clinic locations. Simply walk in, register at the front desk, select your lab tests, and pay before services are provided.
Important Information to Know Before You Visit:
- Cash Labs are self-pay only and will not be billed to insurance
- Payment is required upfront before services are provided
- No provider order is required
- CCCHC providers are not notified of results and do not automatically review them
- Patients are responsible for scheduling an appointment if they wish to discuss results or pursue treatment
- Results will be available through MyChart if enrolled, or mailed if not

Peak flu season is right around the corner! A yearly flu vaccine is the first and most important step in protecting against flu viruses. Everyone 6 months or older should get an annual flu vaccine.

CCCHC Expands Care in Beulah Schools
Coal Country Community Health Center, in partnership with the Beulah School District, is excited to offer expanded services of the IMPACT (Integrating Mental Health, Physical Health, and Continuity of Care Together) Program to students. On January 19, 2022, CCCHC opened a new school-based site located in the Beulah High School. Kayla Ternes, PA-C provides primary care services to students in PreK through 12th grade. Appointments are available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Local healthcare organizations seek community input
CCCHC has teamed up with the UND Center for Rural Health, Custer Health, Hilltop Home of Comfort, Knife River Care Center and Sakakawea Medical Center to gather information about the communities we serve and learn more about how local services are used. The results of this survey will be used to develop a plan to improve and expand the care we provide.
