We are currently taking names of community members interested in serving on our Board who bring:

• A commitment to treating all individuals fairly and ensuring access for everyone
• Personal experience as a patient or community advocate
• A willingness to engage in strategic planning and governance

Board members must be current patients of Coal Country Community Health Center and cannot be related by blood or adoption to a staff member of CCCHC. If you or your family receive care at Coal Country Community Health Center, your voice is especially needed!

EMDR Therapy now offered at CCCHC

Behavioral health providers Melissa Herman, Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Masters Addiction Counselor and Talitha Schnaidt, Licensed Profession Counselor took part in an extensive training program through The Maiberger Institute based out of Boulder, Colorado. These providers are now certified to offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
