Beginning in July, Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventive wellness exams and/or sports physical for children and adolescents needing sports physicals for the 2024-2025 school year. Extended hours are available! When calling your preferred clinic to schedule your youth wellness exam, please indicate if you want a sports physical only. Most insurances cover a wellness/preventive exam that includes a sports physical. If you want a sports physical only, the cost is $40 at the time of the visit.
This is a great opportunity to update immunizations! A parent or guardian must accompany their child for consent of updating immunizations.
IMPACT testing will be available for Beulah students (entering grades 7, 9, and 11) at the Beulah Clinic during their Youth Wellness Exam scheduled dates.
Students will be registered for a chance to win a door prize!
