Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventative wellness exams for students in PreK-12th grade this Spring. A wellness exam may include a sports physical for the 2024-2025 school year if requested. The sports physical will be valid through the 2025 school year. Parents/guardians should check insurance eligibility prior to scheduling.

All Coal Country Community Health Center locations will close early at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 29. Regular business hours will resume on Monday, April 1. We wish you and your family a Happy Easter!
