In observance of Independence Day, Coal Country Community Health Center will be closed Tuesday, July 4. Regular business hours will resume on Wednesday, July 5. If you are in need of immediate care, please report to your local emergency department. Have a happy and safe 4th of July!

CCCHC has teamed up with the UND Center for Rural Health, Custer Health, Hilltop Home of Comfort, Knife River Care Center and Sakakawea Medical Center to gather information about the communities we serve and learn more about how local services are used. The results of this survey will be used to develop a plan to improve and expand the care we provide.

Youth Wellness Exams + Sports Physicals: Extended Hours Available

Beginning in June, Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventive wellness exams and/or sports physical for children and adolescents needing sports physicals for the 2023-2023 school year. Extended hours are available! When calling your preferred clinic to schedule your youth wellness exam, please indicate if you want a sports physical only. Most insurances cover a wellness/preventive exam that includes a sports physical. If you want a sports physical only, the cost is $40 at the time of the visit.
