- Fill out the payment information and submit your payment
Accepted online payment include major credit and debit cards. Payments are still accepted through mail or over the phone. If you have questions about your bill or submitting payments online, call CCCHC Billing Department at (701) 873-7788.
Beginning in June, Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventive wellness exams and/or sports physical for children and adolescents needing sports physicals for the 2023-2023 school year. Extended hours are available! When calling your preferred clinic to schedule your youth wellness exam, please indicate if you want a sports physical only. Most insurances cover a wellness/preventive exam that includes a sports physical. If you want a sports physical only, the cost is $40 at the time of the visit.

Isabel provides professional counseling services at CCCHC Beulah as well as Beulah, Hazen, Center and Killdeer School Districts with the I.M.P.A.C.T. Program.
