The open enrollment period is happening now until December 7, 2022. It is important to have your medications reviewed annually. Contact a CCCHC Clinic today to schedule an appointment with a Senior Health Insurance Counselor. Virtual appointments are also an option.

Please have your Medicare card, username and password, and any medications available for your appointment.
