In observance of Labor Day, Coal Country Community Health Center will be closed on Monday, September 5. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, September 6. If you are in need of immediate care, please report to your local emergency department.

Youth Wellness Exams + Sports Physicals: Extended Hours Available

Beginning in June, Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventive wellness exams and/or sports physical for children and adolescents needing sports physicals for the 2023-2023 school year. Extended hours are available! When calling your preferred clinic to schedule your youth wellness exam, please indicate if you want a sports physical only. Most insurances cover a wellness/preventive exam that includes a sports physical. If you want a sports physical only, the cost is $40 at the time of the visit.
