Stepping On is a falls prevention workshop that will help you build the confidence needed to manage your falls risk. Trained leaders coach you to recognize your risk of falling and help you build the balance, strength, and practical skills you need to avoid a fall. The class will be offered Wednesdays, October 6 - November 17 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m at Knife River Care Center. Call Dannette at (701) 873-3292 to sign up.

Coal Country Community Health Center Foundation knows how important it is that local residents gain the skills to be our community’s health care providers of tomorrow. We are pleased to invite graduating seniors who are seeking a career in a medical field (e.g., physician, nurse, therapist, technologist, pharmacist, etc.) to apply for a CCCHCF scholarship. Six scholarships available, up to $1,000 each.
