Children ages 3‐6 years old must complete their Well Child Check in the month of August or September to receive a backpack. A great time to update immunizations. Youth Wellness Exams Offered at Beulah & Hazen School Clinics
Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventative wellness exams for students in PreK-12th grade in May. A wellness exam may include a sports physical for the 2023-2024 school year if requested. The sports physical will be valid through the 2024 school year.
