On January 19, 2022, CCCHC opened a new school-based site located in the Beulah High School. Kayla Ternes, PA-C provides primary care services to students in PreK through 12th grade. Appointments are available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
