The Hazen occupational therapy and physical therapy staff is back at Sakakawea Medical Center as of Tuesday, July 7. Outpatient services continue in Beulah and Hazen at Coal Country Community Health Center.

Youth Wellness Exams Offered at Beulah & Hazen School Clinics
Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventative wellness exams for students in PreK-12th grade in May. A wellness exam may include a sports physical for the 2023-2024 school year if requested. The sports physical will be valid through the 2024 school year.
