This event will be held at the Hazen City Hall. Mashed potato bar and all the fixings will be served during the social hour from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. with the show starting at 7:15 p.m. Silent auction and raffle drawing will be held at the end of the evening. Youth Wellness Exams + Sports Physicals: Extended Hours Available
Beginning in June, Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventive wellness exams and/or sports physical for children and adolescents needing sports physicals for the 2023-2023 school year. Extended hours are available! When calling your preferred clinic to schedule your youth wellness exam, please indicate if you want a sports physical only. Most insurances cover a wellness/preventive exam that includes a sports physical. If you want a sports physical only, the cost is $40 at the time of the visit.
