This event will be held at the Hazen City Hall. Mashed potato bar and all the fixings will be served during the social hour from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. with the show starting at 7:15 p.m. Silent auction and raffle drawing will be held at the end of the evening. Youth Wellness Exams Offered at Beulah & Hazen School Clinics
Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventative wellness exams for students in PreK-12th grade in May. A wellness exam may include a sports physical for the 2023-2024 school year if requested. The sports physical will be valid through the 2024 school year.
