This FREE 26 session program offers a Lifestyle Coach who will guide you on weight loss, increasing your physical activity and making small lifestyle changes that are proven to reduce the development of diabetes. Youth Wellness Exams Offered at Beulah & Hazen School Clinics

Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventative wellness exams for students in PreK-12th grade in May. A wellness exam may include a sports physical for the 2023-2024 school year if requested. The sports physical will be valid through the 2024 school year.

Youth Wellness Exams + Sports Physicals: Extended Hours Available

Beginning in June, Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventive wellness exams and/or sports physical for children and adolescents needing sports physicals for the 2023-2023 school year. Extended hours are available! When calling your preferred clinic to schedule your youth wellness exam, please indicate if you want a sports physical only. Most insurances cover a wellness/preventive exam that includes a sports physical. If you want a sports physical only, the cost is $40 at the time of the visit.
