Include nonfat or low‐fat milk and drink plenty of water and other non‐sweetened beverages like tea. Choose whole grain foods as a good source of fiber. Offer your family plenty of fruits and vegetables every day.

Youth Wellness Exams Offered at Beulah & Hazen School Clinics
Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventative wellness exams for students in PreK-12th grade in May. A wellness exam may include a sports physical for the 2023-2024 school year if requested. The sports physical will be valid through the 2024 school year.
