Medicare Basics will be held on Monday, January 28, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m. in the SMC Conference Room. The session will cover Medicare Terms and Definitions, Medicare Coverage: A, B, C & D, Medicare Initial Visits, Preventative Services, Advance Care Planning and a review of Supplement Plans. Local healthcare organizations seek community input

CCCHC has teamed up with the UND Center for Rural Health, Custer Health, Hilltop Home of Comfort, Knife River Care Center and Sakakawea Medical Center to gather information about the communities we serve and learn more about how local services are used. The results of this survey will be used to develop a plan to improve and expand the care we provide.

Sports Physical Clinics Scheduled for 2021-2022 Student Athletes

Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding Sports Physical Clinics at all clinic locations in July. Athletes participating in any sport during the 2021-2022 school year are encouraged to schedule an appointment.
