As of Tuesday, June 9th our CCCHC Center and Killdeer Clinics will be transitioning back to normal clinic operations. Patients experiencing respiratory or COVID‐19 symptoms will be seen during limited hours on a daily basis at our Center and Killdeer Clinics. To ensure the safety of our patients and clinic staff, we ask that you call ahead to schedule an appointment with a provider. All patients will be screened appropriately before being seen in the clinic.
Clinic operations at the CCCHC Beulah and Hazen Clinics will remain the same until further notice with all respiratory illnesses being seen at the Hazen Clinic. We ask that you continue to call ahead if you think you may have been exposed to COVID‐19 or are experiencing symptoms.
Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventative wellness exams for students in PreK-12th grade in May. A wellness exam may include a sports physical for the 2023-2024 school year if requested. The sports physical will be valid through the 2024 school year.

Coal Country Community Health Center was recently selected as a recipient of a special Community Builder grant from the Offutt Family Foundation and R.D. Offutt Company. The Community Builder program is a unique initiative designed to support charitable organizations and nonprofits that RDO team members are passionate about and serve the greater good in their communities. This year’s program focused on supporting youth mental health nonprofits.
